Who we are

Wealth Builders Haven (WBH) is an independent financial services agency at 4555 Mansell Road, Suite 300, Alpharetta, GA 30022. Our agents are licensed insurance professionals. Questions about this policy go to [email protected] or (317) 797-8182.

What we collect, and why

What you type into a form. Name, email, phone, state, what matters most to you, and the range of money you are looking to put to work. We collect it to send you the video or booking link you asked for, to prepare for your call, and to contact you about your request.

Where you came from. If you arrived from an ad, a social post or a link, we record the campaign tags on that link (for example utm_source, utm_campaign) and the click identifier the ad platform adds (fbclid, ttclid, gclid). We use this to know which of our messages people found useful.

Your consent to be contacted. When you tick the consent box we store the exact wording you agreed to, the time, and a one-way hash of your network address, so we can prove consent if we are ever asked.

Technical data. Our hosting and Cloudflare keep standard server logs. We store your IP address only as a salted hash used to limit abuse of our forms.

How we contact you

By ticking the box on our form you agree that WBH may contact you by phone call, text message and email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts, use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop emails, or email [email protected] and we will stop all contact. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

Who else sees your data

• Our records system, which we host ourselves, where your request and its status live.
• Calendly, which handles booking and reminders when you pick a time.
• Google Analytics, which tells us how the site is used in aggregate.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok, whose pixels run on our pages and to whom we may send a hashed version of your email or phone so their systems can measure which ads led to a booked call. They cannot read the hash back into your details. You can control ad personalisation in your Meta and TikTok account settings.
• Cloudflare, which protects the site and may show a quick check to confirm you are a person.
• Our email provider, to send you confirmations and follow-ups.

Each of these companies has its own privacy policy. We share only what each one needs to do its job.

Cookies and pixels

The site uses cookies and similar tags from Google Analytics, Meta and TikTok to measure visits and ad performance, and a session value in your browser to keep your campaign tags if you refresh a form page. You can block these in your browser settings; the forms still work.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are deleted from this website after 180 days. Our records system keeps your request as long as we have a business relationship with you or a legal reason to retain it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We will answer within 30 days. If you are a resident of a state with a consumer privacy law, you have the rights that law gives you, and this is the address to exercise them.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
